Rosa Cortez is a woman who has dedicated her life to coffee. Her story begins on a small farm, a family inheritance full of tradition and love for the land. Over time, Rosa and her siblings started working on the farm, turning it into a family business. Rosa’s coffee highlights the combination of her farm’s climatic conditions and the meticulous care her family gives the coffee.
From planting to harvesting and processing; only Cortez family members work with the coffee in every single step. Rosa takes great pride in this family tradition. Each coffee is a reflection of the craftmanship the family institution.
This natural processed coffee ferments anaerobically for 90 hours and dries for 14 days in a indoors.
Gesha has a reputation for being delicate. But this one also features a juicy body and structured, tropical acidity. The finish is like a Door county cherry pie fresh out of the oven. And of course, as with any quality Gesha, white florals and stone fruits pop in to say hello.
