Drinking Coffee from a Coupe

I just returned home from a weekend trip to Denver. While there, I stopped by Corvus Coffee's brand new Kyoto-centric coffee bar. It was a cool experience. As some of you may know, I will open a cold brew bar/cafe here in Chicago soon. It was refreshing to see a different take on the concept.

Aside, from the usual offerings, Corvus features a menu of Kyoto infused mocktails. The barista I spoke with told me that they like to keep at least three different coffees on rotation. These coffees are the base for signature drinks that highlight the bean differences.

Once you put coffee in a coupe, there's no turning back.
