Esteban Zamora is no stranger to our menu. - We've proudly shared his cinnamon co-fermented coffees with you for several seasons. Esteban, processes all the coffee grown on his family's five-hectare plantation by hand!

Cinnamon coffees got their start in Costa Rica, and Esteban is one of the best in the game. Anaerobically fermenting with cinnamon is tedious but Esteban is the GOAT.

Every year, we say, "this might be Esteban's best lot ever". To be honest, it's always been true. He's dialed in his cinnamon anaerobic process. The result showcases both variety and fermentation beautifully. The coffee itself is sweet with malic apple notes. The synthesis leads to cinnamon sugar, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and apple pie.

This coffee is always an absolute banger for the holidays. And between me and you, it's flawless for Irish coffee.
